The Mum Society

By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or participating in any event hosted by The Mum Society, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

The Mum Society hosts community events designed to bring mums together for connection, creativity, wellness and social experiences. By engaging with our events, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All tickets are sold online unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Tickets may be limited in number and sold on a first come, first served basis.

3. Refunds & Transfers

  • Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice to The Mum Society.

  • If an event is cancelled by The Mum Society, you will be offered a refund or credit.

  • If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise advised.

4. Event Changes

The Mum Society reserves the right to:

  • Change event details including date, time, location or content if necessary

  • Substitute hosts, facilitators or collaborators

  • Make reasonable adjustments to ensure the safety and quality of the event experience

Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

5. Attendance & Behaviour

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, hosts and venues.

  • The Mum Society reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Health & Safety

  • Attendees participate in events at their own risk.

  • Some events may include physical activity, food, beverages or third party services. You are responsible for assessing your own health, fitness, allergies or suitability to participate.

  • The Mum Society is not liable for injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during or in connection with an event, except where required by law.

7. Babies & Children

  • Unless specified otherwise, babies and children are welcome at events.

  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and care of their children at all times.

8. Photography & Content

  • Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

  • By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and for this content to be used across The Mum Society’s marketing channels, including social media and website.

  • If you do not wish to be included, please notify a team member on the day.

9. Third-Party Vendors & Collaborators

Some events may involve third party collaborators, venues or service providers. The Mum Society is not responsible for the actions, services or products provided by third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos and materials associated with The Mum Society are the intellectual property of The Mum Society and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases or enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for event and communication purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
